1. Before the match starts to flip a coin and the one who guessed chooses the side of the table.
2. The „face-off“ round is how you start the game. The puck is in the center and both players can come an inch away from the puck. On the count of 3, start fighting for the puck and attack your opponent’s goal.
3. Only one puck is allowed on the playing field during the match.
4. The player who first scores 7 goals wins.
5. You have 10 seconds to continue the match once the goal is scored.
6. You don’t have to stand on your side of the table, but it is a smart move if you want to defend your goal.
7. You can only hit the puck if it is on your side of the playing field. Once you get the puck you have 7 seconds to return it (attack the opponent).
8. You mustn’t place your striker on the puck, it is considered a foul. Once you do that, you lose the puck.
9. You mustn’t touch the puck with anything but the striker. If you do that, you lose the puck. The only situation when you can touch the puck is when you pull it out of the goal.
10. If you hit the puck and it flies off the table, the puck goes to your opponent.
11. If the puck enters and exits a goal it is not considered as a score.
12. Do not curse during the air hockey match.
13. Do not break or vandalize any part of the table and equipment.
14. Clean the table when you are finished and leave everything in order.
